Phase 2
Designed for players 6th grade through 8th grade, but do currently have a 5th grader that mastered these moves in the 4th grade. Highly motivated player.
All 8th grade players should be comfortable with all these moves in Phase 2. Should start seeing a quicker and more rhythm in the jump shot and also some imagination in beating their man to the basket. All players should be able to use these moves in game like situations.
Note: This does not include any ball handling drills, dribbling drills or conditioning drills that we do every workout. All moves and drills use proper footwork as demonstrated. Always catch open to the ball, inside pivot foot and 1-2 takeoff for the jump shots.
