Description: Position yourself in the low post above the box.

Shuffle Step 2. Drop Step 3. 1 Dribble right Jump Shot
4. 
1 Dribble left Jump Shot 5.  Reverse Lay-up (across the lane)
6.
1 Dribble Middle Hook Shot 7. Step Through

Note:

Drill #5
Elbow Drill
Description: Start at one elbow and have the passer pass the ball to the oppisite elbow, time the catch and pivot on the inside foot (“heel / toe”).  Time the move to the oppisite elbow with the rebounder / passer.  Shoot 5 on each elbow.

Note: 
Next workout use 2 different Types of Footwork.

1 Set = 5 shots right 5 shots left

Drill #6
1 Dribble Jump Shot 25s:  3 spot shooting
Description: Start at spot # 1, take 1 angle dribble left towards the basket and explode up for the jump shot.  Do not use a fake before the dribble.  Right foot pivot foot.   Return to spot #3 and repeat.  After shooting at the 3 spots going to the left repeat drill starting at spot #7 going to the right.  Right foot pivot foot.  Starting spots 1, 3,  5 and 7.
