JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL MANAGER This person will need to know our program. He or she will coordinate and organize all other positions.
TREASURER
This position will involve collecting money for all activities and equipment needed for the club team. Shooting shirts, warm-up pants, tournament entry fees. One for each team
SECRETARY
The secretary will be in charge of printing all schedules for games & practice. Motel reservations.
EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Collect and wash each players uniform. Water bottles cleaned and filled for each game.
CLEAN-UP CREW
We will need a group of parents to clean-up the gym and foyer area and bathrooms after each home game.
HEAD OF CONCESSION
This person will be in charge of organizing & lining out parents to run the concessions at every home game and any tournament New Castle hosts.
CONCESSIONS CREW
We need a group of parent to run the concessions each game & tournament games.
FUND RAISER
Organize fund raising for equipment, tournaments & lodging.
SCORE KEEPER & STATISTICIAN
Two score keepers & statistician per game per team.
VIDEO
Need a parent to take video of each game we play.
