| Below is an example of my middle of the season practice plan. All drills are designed around a specific fundamental. Timed to use every minute of practice. Fast pace to keep players focused & working hard. First hour I try and get in the main focus or new fundamental / play / set etc. All drills are part of the whole. |

| 7:15 to 7:35 20 min. | Defenses | 1-3-1 (Kodiak, Wings, Basalt, Wolfpak,) 2-3, 12-22, Talk about the 13 “D” with all players. Know the play calls. Go over 12-22 |
