Sample Practice Plan
Below is an example of my middle of the season practice plan. All drills are designed around a specific fundamental. Timed to use every minute of practice. Fast pace to keep players focused & working hard. First hour I try and get in the main focus or new fundamental / play / set etc. All drills are part of the whole.
