Boys Basketball Program Coach Mike Cox TIMELINE |

November 6th 2006 Dear Parents/Guardians: Welcome to the 2006-2007 basketball season. The coaching staff has very high hopes for this coming season. Our boys have worked extremely hard over the summer and we feel the team is ready for the step up to 3A basketball. Our season will be dedicated to our fallen teammate Zack Schwartz. We will miss him dearly. Try-outs start Monday, November 13th, from 5:30 to 7:30. Parents are welcome to watch try-outs as long as your son is ok with it. During please don’t instruct your son, it may conflict with the coach’s instructions. Please don’t distract the players. Also see Coal Ridge Boys Basketball Expectations in the following pages I invite you to attend an inter-squad scrimmage at 6:30 p.m. followed by a parents meeting on Thursday, November 16th, at 7:30 p.m. I will review my expectations at the meeting and answer any questions you might have. If you should have any questions in regard to our present basketball program, please do not hesitate to call me. Remember, we must work together as a team, a team of coaches, players and parents, if we wish to experience the success in basketball.
